General Government Terms and Conditions for public service contracts (ARVODI), purchase and supply contracts (ARIV) and IT contracts (ARBIT) provide a uniform set of general terms and conditions between the State of the Netherlands and third parties.

The General Government Terms and Conditions for public service contracts (ARVODI), purchase and supply contracts (ARIV) and IT contracts (ARBIT) were first adopted by prime ministerial order and have since undergone a number of amendments They provide a uniform set of general terms and conditions between the State of the Netherlands (i.e. all ministries and public authorities and agencies for which the ministries are responsible) and third parties. The new conditions were published in the Government Gazette on May 14th 2018 and entered into force the following day.
